Variant 1: Cultivating in water

No potting soil on the windowsill and at the same time you can watch how the roots develop.

Place the onion in a suitable glass container so that the onion itself is not completely submerged in water. The roots are allowed to reach the water, while the upper part of the bulb remains dry.

Over time, new roots, strong shoots and finally the first flower buds appear.

🪴 Variant 2: Planting classically in soil

Would you prefer to cultivate your amaryllis in the traditional way? No problem.
